When you complete the Decarb carbon footprint calculator (hosted on Typeform), your responses are collected and processed to generate your report. This includes answers to questions about your energy use, transport, diet, and purchasing habits.
If you choose to receive your report by email or join the waitlist, we collect your email address. This is optional.
We collect standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, referring source, browser type, and approximate location (country level) via Google Analytics. IP addresses are anonymised.
If you purchase carbon offsets, payment is processed by Stripe. Decarb does not store card details. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment processing.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Calculator responses are retained as long as necessary to provide the service and improve methodology. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics). You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The calculator and core site functionality do not require cookies.
